not unlike the water stencils from week 3 - we have used water as the medium through which to generate a temporary claim of the space outside the rmit city campus. through these simple actions we are exploring the right of the individual V’s the right of society creating a sense of private space through the act of occupation. by experimenting with different media and drawing attention to the surface of the city we are engaging with the public. through this activity we aimed to push the boundaries and explore the possibilities of our urban surroundings. this simple intervention temporarily reconfigures the flow of the city – choreographing the traffic passing through this particular space.
