Major Project Summary:

I will be working in collaboration with Phil, whilst being informed by Quinn’s work, in creating structural building blocks that will be used to create various urban structures.
I was drawn to the idea of emulation, as well as the concept of momentum, which I believe are the primary ways in which we learn social conventions. By that I mean that through observing the practices of others we are much quicker to evaluate the unwritten rules of a certain environment. But also, the popularity, or participation rate, grows near exponentially. There is a certain amount of fear in public interaction that can only be remedied through remnants of previous interaction or a sense of the legitimate.
